Our company can produce and stock a large number of products in its facility with an indoor area of 20 thousand square meters.

Ersas has a casting capacity of 18 thousand tons of aluminum billets per year and a production capacity of 24 thousand tons of aluminum profiles per year with four extrusion lines. Also, our company has 1,250-ton aluminum profile intelligent stocking system.

Our company provides customized tooling solutions to its customers with the knowledge, experience, and superfine principle of having served many sectors. 

Ersas, consolidates its integrated production on the way from raw materials to end consumers with its ongoing 1,500 tons of anodizing surface treatment and 1,000 tons of electrostatic powder coating capacity investment.
